slander is what you did by using my screen name on another site, which you've been banned from. I received messages on AIM because of you with people accusing me of stuff you did.

Slander is defined as: words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another. That rate is not "slander", harsh -- yes, but not slanderous.

talking about trademarks I am the owner of such. Don't even begin to lecture on the legal grounds on this, you would lose so badly. Why should I stop complaining because you got banned? Because of your mornic actions and posts under my sn, people have started harrasing me thinking it was you. It was until I contacted the admins and presented them with proof that you wasn't me that those annoying IM's stopped, all because of you. So don't come here lecturing me and complaining about being disrespectful.
