Yeah, bobcoaster and trackwalker are not the same people. I happen to PM bobcoaster occasionally, and i can assure you he is not trackwalker. I dont think it was fair that you deleted trackwalkers rate! Well Bobcoasters IP and Trackwalkers ip came out pretty much identical, and with these non-static IPs today that give me a headache, i just wanted to find out without having to track the IPs and what not. Also with the fact that Goo had already annoyed me...what im trying to say here is whatever...

IP is pretty meaningless. With so many national ISPs, two similar looking ips could be 500 miles apart. Just, say, the first two numbers matching really isn't much of a clue.

Yeah, but every number apart from the very last two in this case, is more of a clue, i should really lock these topics after i post, its like people cant read the sticky topics these days

Not really. I know a guy who lives 200 miles away, and uses the same ISP I do (Cox Cable), and shares the first two digits of his IP with me.
