halo 2 mouse cursor

I made a cool smg from halo 2 as a mouse cursor so tel me what you think http://files2.halomods.com/download.php?id=35592

how do i open the file

xp interface:
go to start menu
then go to control menu
click on mouse
click the pointer tab
then go choose normal cursor
click browse and open the cursor
for any earlyer version
before you click control panel go to settings
