-I already posted this on another website so why not here as well-

...We love you!

I was there all day (nursing home) since all family was called over because her condition was deteriorating..

she has had a brain hemorrage three weeks ago, hadnt eaten or drank since (has been in the hospital continuously for that time) (no probe feeding because she kept taking it out and she took out the water IV herself too three days ago - she wanted it to end)

Most or all of the local family was there all day (us from just after 11:00) watching over her, and then around 17:30 while we were eating my uncle rushed to call us up to her room, and all present people were able to see her last moments.

She quietly left us, breathing slowly becoming less frequent and less deep. At 82 years of age, anfter the brain problems and with pneumonia for the last days I think she more than earned her rest. I am happy she ended this way instead of suffering. (she had just two shots of 1ml morphine - one when we got there and one at 15:00 - so she just slowly slept)

WE LOVE YOU! YOU HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL GRANDMOTHER AND FRIEND TO ALL OF US! REST IN PEACE AND GO TO GRAMPS NOW!

-just because I felt you should know-

my pet died, one I loved more than anything in life, besides parents and I didn't post anything about it, twas also the day after christmas so you know that stung, especially since I didn't get anything for xmas, except bunch of critism from people about don't do this and poop. I don't see the need to get upset about someone you don't even know at all. A friends grandma perhaps, feel soprry for your friend, but someone you don't know? Come on!

Ack, well at least its just your Gran. I had my great auntie, nan, and family friend die within 2 weeks of each other. Funerals literaly one after the other, and nothing is worse than funerals. The whole atmosphere is something i could do without. Im all for saying last goodbyes and what not but you know. My Gran aslo died last year, i still remember the last time i saw her as i walked off down the corrider thinking this could be the last time i ever see her, and sure enough it was. But really what can you do? Life goes on, theres nothing you can really do about it apart from get over it. If you beleieve in Gaurdian Angels then there you go, i know my gaurdian angel is looking over me, otherwise i'd be dead already, several times over [pshades]

about the dying myself... same here.

whats kind of weird though is that while arranging the funeral (done by uncle and aunt) we picked up some pretty weird news:

So many people are dying that it is pretty much impossible to have a mass in church (all are booked full & so we dont have one - she died yesterday and if we wanted a mass we would have to wait till sunday (!)meaning the body would have to be frozen), and the burial itself was postponed one day so we can have some coffee after the burial (there seems to be a big bunch of funerals now - if we didnt postpone it would be "coffin in the hole and beat it" - and we did NOT want that to happen.)

Well, Intamin, im very sorry to hear about your loss, I hope things turned out for the best, its very hard to lose a beloved family member, I almost lost my grampa who suffered from a quad bypass surgery all because some stupid ass doctor gave him some cough medicine with steriods in it who triggered the heart attack (GOD I WANTED TO KILL HIM!) because he was like my father because i never really had one because the one i did have showed no care or love that I needed or wanted, so back to your sorrow point, again i am sorry for the lost of your grandma

my aunt died of cancer when I was in the 5th grade, and my cousin was in the 6th. Let me tell you, theres a big difference when some ones life is cut short and when some one older dies. My ferret died, that made me sad, but I don't think I posted anything about it either.
