OK i was playin rct3 watching the new tsunami slide and then i see the rafts going around so i restet it and test it to ride it and the ride couldnt get back up the area after the hill so is there nething wrong with mine

I think man is trying to say that the boats didn't make it up a hill (correct me if i'm wrong)
I don't have rct3 so i can't check it...
(maybe the creator of tsunami used a trainer)

i didn't had any problems with opening and closing the ride. Nothing is wrong. Maybe you don't have the latest update?
