I have tried all of the suggestions above, and my computer is so screwed that it usually crashes after doing about 2% of the de-frag, restoration, or re formating processes. My computer is riddled with virus's, so many virus's infact that when I use my virus checker, it tells me that there is no virus's [confused] [lol]. I need a new computer anyway as the proccessor is terrible (800mhz hahaha) and basically its a 5 year old computer so yeah, its crap. Ahwell, can't wait for the next comp [:)]

mine p has 733 Mhz, and after switching the HardDisk to another pc, then defrag it, then put it back into the old one, and reinstall only the nessesary thing you really need.
I tried it and it worked (one problem NL v 1.3 doens't run but it is probably the videocard)

2 questions:

1) My coaster is above the trees, but under the supportline (tallest treeheight).. is that okay?

2) My coaster goes trough the mountain, like a tunnel.. is that okay?

I know I've got to build under the tallest treeheight etc.. but these questions couldn't stop buggin' me..[;)]

1. I've done that too and i've seen some screenies of people doing that too. So i'd think it wouldn't be a problem.

2. I'm not sure if you would be ok, Can anyone tell if it's allowed?

I think there's somwhere on this topic that you can have two subterrain tunnels (but i don't know where)

I never use anim8tor....I get crazy with that. But with the object creator is simple like building a sphere and then move vertex as you want!

I have one, but it isn't as realistic as I'd like, but good enough IMO. :)

You can make one by using a shepere and deforming it a little, or you can make one from scratch. I did both and the one from scratch work a bit better (I did use a subdivision function though). However, I did use a real rock as a reference. The texture isn't so great either. (I'll have to find other methods for making it)

BTW, my track can only run 2 trains. Oh well, my last resort is to go up to edge, fall down, and beg like hell. [worship]

[lol]

Edit: I've almost found a solution.

Track finished

Anyways, to make the rock shape, you'l have to move the verticies around in the modeler. (I hope you know how to do that) Just go to point edit mode and make sure the selection is set to the point button (sorry, don't feel like showing a pic). Then select, and move them (like how you would move objects) Be sure to use different views, and in the 3d view, be sure to rotate it. I also recomend setting it to flat shaded instead of wireframe.

*yawn.

Well I could not devise a fast enough track for my liking, due to the hieght limit, which was creative, however I would of liked the terrain to of varied more. Like a difference in 120 ft. O_O

That's why I used a launch; to keep the pacing within good speeds.

Ack, I didn't get good ratings. A 6 isn't going to get me aanywhere within this contest.

Ya, I used a lauch, that gets you up to like 45-50 mph, lol. I know multiple launches can be used but it isnt realistic.

I used an uphill launch for originality, and the fact that you will gain alot of speed in the launch and then you ca make your ride dip down gaining even more speed. And it gives alot of airtime when it does this! Thanks Coasteragent99
