OMG PEOPLE!! it's called reading comprehension. right next to the ride's name is the park abbreviation. obviously he's doing a vote on standard steel looping coasters... ANYway. i voted for mindbender at SFoG. out of the 3 its the only one i've been on and compared to pics of the other 2, it looks better to me. Rev. has those horrid OTSRs (right?) plus mindbender is GREEN!! and thats my fav color so... ya. [^]

I'd take revolution, because of the one-of-a-kind loop-lead-in, the terrain and the tunnel

I've only ridden one of those, and liked it a lot (shockwave). I think the other two look really cool too, and would like to ride them someday.

Its actually because he edited, posts prior to this one, did not see the abbreviations in parenthases, because they were not there at the time.

Yeah Brtnboarder thats true. But I agree with koasterfreek Revolution does look horrid because of the otsr's but if they removed them it would be one hell of a ride. I dont see why so many parks ruin rides and put in all kinds of stupid restraints. And I live in Cape Coral which is 2 hours from Tampa which is semi-close to Six Flags Over Georgia so maybe I'll have a chance to ride the wonderful Mindbender and the awesome Georgia Schorcher. It looks to be easily the best small stand up.

Im hoping to get to SFOG and Mindbender is going to be the highlight IMO.

Scorcher looks better than ALL Stand ups, PERIOD.

Scorcher was okay. I got damn lucky there. The one trip I make there in 3 years happened to be on opening day, and I happened to be right by it when the opened the line (It was like 1pm or so) so I got back row on about the 3rd train out. That was my one and only ride on it, as the wait was like 2 hours by the time I got off. It was a fun ride, but I liked it less than say, Iron Wolf, although it 's certainly smoother. Not a bad ride, but not very intense, forceless, or otherwise exciting.

I find standups with force to be brutally unenjoyable for me. Mantis beats the crap out of my head because of the intensity which makes the trains quiver like a 9.5 earthquake. Its seriously like standing on the epicenter of a California-splitting quake. Id rather watch it than ride it. I just wish the trains could handle the forces better.

ooohh. im sorry about that ^^. just kinda let that fly out. [:I] about the Scorcher, it is AWESOME!! it may only have 2 inversions but if you get the back seat the airtime is like, WOO!!. packs a punch for such a small ride.

yeah, scorcher is AWESOME...best standup in my opinion besides riddler. um...as for the poll, i've only ridden on mindbender, but it has the two loops, the really intense helix and loops, and airtime. it also uses terrain. As for revolution, it looks ok, but it has otsr, and shockwave looks like two loops, and not much else. so...yeah.

i havent been on any of them, but judging by videos, revolution looks the smoothest / least boring so i vote for that.

Revolution is one of the least smooth rides I have been on, The OTHR are a pain, and your knees are slammed up against the seat in front of you... So you not only come off the ride with a broken jaw, but you need a wheelchair cause you can't walk. Anywho, Shockwave is pretty fun. I like to black out on rides. The only other coaster I can think of that blacks me out is Top Gun at PGA.
