My trip report [:D]
Friday 8th april - alton towers
Woke up at 06:00 and left the house at 7:00! Drove and stopped, got to the park at about 09:20 and entered the park between 09:30 and 09:45
As soon as we were in the park we headed straight to Rita. The park wasnt that busy, but the queue for rita was still coming out of its own queue and down right to the entrance of Ugland. The info oards reckoned we would be in the queue for more than 120 minutes. But we joined it, as after looking closely,i noticed half of the queue was closed, thats why the queue was looking so long. They then opened the rest of the queue and we joined, and were in the station in about 30 - 45 mins, and the ride had even broken down for 10 of those minutes so the queue was alot shorter than people thought. After sitting in my seat and pulling the restraints down i was so excited. Then we heard the sound effects as we rolled forwards slightly. The engine roaring, the voices "sit back and hold on tight...." Everyone in the train was nervous for their first first ride. Then the words came "go go GO" and we were off. My hands were already in the air, and straight away i found myself on my side turning round the other side of Ugland. The launch was so exhilirating, and i couldnt keep a really straight face. The first turn was fantastic, giving pleanty of Gs. The ride was incredibly fast. Suddenly i found myself 60 or 70 foot in the air, being thrown out of my seat violently, and then the train shot back down underneath me, swooping to the left. We just missed Corkscrew, and its station and onride photo booth. We were still goign incredibly fast, into the 2nd aitime hill, giving some more great air. Then back swooping down to the right heading for the hydraulics building, but we narrowly missed it. Back through the 3rd large turn, and through the small bunny hop into the brake run!!!!!!!! The ride was fantastic, it really was. As good as nemesis IMO.
After riding rita for the first time we went over to Oblivion, but it was closed. So we heaeded over to Forbidden valley where the queues were not too bad. We went on nemesis once having queued 20 minutes, and air once having queued 20 - 30mins. After that my mum, and sister and her boyfriend all needed a rest, so i went to get pictures while they drank their coffee. After they had had a long rest etc me and my mum went on ripsaw which managed 4 flips in a row today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And i have video footage to proove it! yay, i found it amazing, but my mum felt quite sick so missed most of the other rides in the day. By this time it was time to eat, we went o McDonalds in Ugland, and then to carm ourselves down went on Toyland Tours which i hate. I could have died in there i was so bored, but the hippos at the end were quite entertaining, althoug the last one scared me. After that we went on Hex, which was alot better than i remember it. Then we herad Oblivion was working again but had a 30 minute queue. Once we got to X sector, everyone else chickened out, so i had to ride it on my own which i dont like doing because it seriously takes the fun out of it. I joined SR Queue and was on in about 5 minute, everyone was looking at me just skip that very very large queue it was so cool. It was still a fun ride, but didnt really affect me too much, having ridden it so mnay times i dont find it as thrilling as i used too. I didnt bother with Enterprise or Submission, they do nothing for me, apart from Submission really hurts. After this me and my sister went on Rita for the 2nd time, this was a much better experience, yes, even better. It felt even faster, and the sound effects had stopped synchronizing so we went on the first go!!!!!!! It really shocked me again. Well after riding rita for the 2nd and last time, i had to ride nemesis a few more times. I cant leave without riding it at least twice. Once w had got to Forbidden valley it was getting quite late, but me and my sister managed to get 2 more rides on nemesis. My sister stumbled off feeling quite dizzy, but we enjoyed it, and i have a new onride photo of that (aswell as a rita one) to show how much i enjoyed it I must say that nemesis felt even faster today, and alto more thrillign than it ever has which is saying something. I really did love it today and cant wait to go back on it. I must have been on it at least 20 - 30 times in the past 4 years. while riding nemesis 2 times, air had been stuck on the top of its lift hill for longer than 15 minutes It was still stick when we left the park. This has to be one of my best days at Alton because it wasnt that busy. The only downsides were Oblivion wasnt as thrilling as i remember, and we struggled to all fit in the car because of the amount of teddies my sisters boyfriend had won her on the basketball games. Well thats what you get for going out with a basket baller.

Me and my mum on Rita. She was absolutely terrified, and she also looks really funny in this pic. My face looks weird and my hair has gone weird too. 
This is a pic of me and my sister on nemesis. This is a much better one of me, wish i could say the same for my sister. She looks so funny.
