Some of you guys are in this just for fun? Man I am going to go all out on this thing. I am one of the most competitive people you'll meet. The only reason I backed away from the TreeTop contest was because I was grounded and couldn't get a good enough track in the three days I wasn't grounded. I had something but wasn't going to upload a piece of crap. I'm going to do my best to stay out of trouble all through this contest and you'll guys might be surprised at what I can do...

Well, I don't know about you, but I do contests just for the sake of competing. It basically turns NL into a game. And I like that.

1st - Platinum Medal, 10000 pts
2nd - 3000 pts
3rd - 1000 pts
4th - 500 pts
5th through 10th - 100 pts
11th through last - you get 10 points for each track you uploaded on the exchange.

Registration will close in 15 hours. At noon tomorrow, Saturday April 9, the field will be set. At midnight tomorrow night (or Sunday morning if you want to get technical), the pairings will be announced and the tournament will begin!

^ I think unfortunate smiley really is going to be unfortunate this round. IF has gotten really good, and I personally, think his rides are better than Real's!

Well, I just posted the track I was working on and I'm ready for this round! YAHOO! (YAHOO! is a trade mark of YAHOO!)

Erm, theres a template stupid.

A quick rules update:

If none of the members in a given group submit a track, the highest ranking losing track will take the place of that group's winning spot in the next round.

As an example, (no offence intended), let's say that neither hyyyper nor MF 2001 submits a track for the first round. Suppose that Brtnboarder495's track loses to McFly's by a score of 9.5 to 9.0... Assuming none of the other losing tracks were higher than 9.0, Brtnboarder495 would advance to the next round instead of hyyyper or MF 2001.

Even if you lose in your group, you might still be in the running. So even if you are up against a monster designer, you can still make it into the next round. This will ensure that the brackets remain set up properly, and gives good losing designers a chance to stay in.
