Yeah, Why is Ole concentrating on this game when he can be concentrating on the next update of NL. I mean, where did he get this idea from? He's never spoke of it before, and I'm pretty sure he would have posted something about this on his website if he made it himself.

You're a complete and total f'in idiot. I have long suspected this, but you have finally, at last, proven it.

Yea, I dont want to be harsh, but hes right. Didnt you read what I typed? Not to mention, its the 2nd or third time Ive said it. And you answered your own question: IF Ole had made it, he WOULD have mentioned it.

Since he didnt:

HE DIDNT MAKE IT. HE HAD NO PART IN IT.

Maybe thats big enough to read, sheesh.

Ha gotcha!!! That was sarcasm you people! Why the hell would I answer my own questions! Your right about me being stupid, Tyler, but your gonna have to find some more proof.

Only a fool uses sarcasm. Why? Because then when can someone ever take you seriously? They cant, and making everyone else try to figure out when you are using sarcasm, especially on the net, is stupidity. Think about it. No facial expressions, no tone of voice, no emoticons, nothing.

Hence why sarcasm is a huge problem today. Exact situations like this.

but its not like it really matters. Its just the internet. But it would be nice if some one made a sarcastic emoticon.

Although I am VERY sarcastic, I find it hard to determine who is being sarcastic and who is not. In most cases one will post an answer to a yes-and-no like question, without even knowing the true answer. Then if they get flamed for posting the wrong answer, they just say they were being sarcastic. If it was the right answer, well then obviously they are just right and no comment is granted. Just a way some members utilize sarcasm incorrectly over the internet.

Ywah, but still, why would I answer my own question and still assume that Ole made it. I'm still trying to figure out if its made by the people who are doing Virtual Rides, or not. And obviously, Ole's not part of the team.

Who cares if someone uses sarcasm. If someone gets pissed off because of another person using sarcasm, they're a much bigger idiot than the person who used it. I could see why people would get pissed before they KNEW it was sarcasm, but after knowing it's sarcasm it's stupid to get worked up about it.

Its stupid to try and use it though in the first place, however I agree with you IF.

However, I was upset at repeated stupidity and lack of paying attention and reading, which is completely plausible imo.

Just dont use sarcasm. You can be funny without it.

Yeah, I also find that very annoying.

I didn't mean for my post to be an attack on you, Real, I was just referring to people who get pissed off about minor, more obvious sarcasm (that type not being demonstrated in this topic at all).

I use sarcasm often, but only in situations where it won't confuse people and that MOST people understand. In that case, I don't find a problem in using it.

So what did you think of the demo of the NLFG? I just downloaded it last night to try it out but only 2 tame rides were available. I thought it was ok...I could do the same in RCT3.

I just downloaded it, and I don't think it's that great. I couldn't even find out how to ride the rides, is there even an option for doing so?

It's one of the camera modes (I think it's the very bottom one before the ride op's control panel.

Alright, I found it (not that it was hard to find)....I just can't figure out how to make the ride go. I messed around with everything on the control pannel but the only thing I managed to do was switch a few lights on.

Right click on Start, Explore. Go to your No Limits Fairground installation folder. In the folder called 'en'. Then in either the Html or Pdf folder you'll find the manual.

e.g.
D:\Program Files\NoLimits Fairground Demo\en\HTML

MAYBE I'd buy it if it was $10, but $20 for this is just way to much. Yes, a lot of detail went into the game, its some of the best graphics I've ever seen, but the gameplay totally sux, so if its not gonna give me $20 worth of entertainment, why bother?

Ill (yet fricking again) reiterate the MAIN purpose of the "game".

Qupted from the MAIN site:

"An interactive screensaver so powerful you may start taking lunch breaks at your PC!"

For 20 bucks, its one of the cheaper interactive screensavers there is. Ive seen some for 25, even 30 bucks, thinking to myself...WHAT?!

Im thinking about it because I leave my computer on for extended periods of time and I think having it display one of the many cool Huss Flat rides (along with NL rides using the NL Screensave) is a great idea.

Well, yea, but far from saving your screen, it'll place a fair bit of load on your PC, causing increased heat, power draw, etc.

Eh, my machine can handle the stress. Its no different than when I play NL or other games for hours on end. Ive got 5-6 fans in this thing with one ginormous heat sink.

Plus it sits next to a window that I crack open ever now and then.

What the heck?! Well I wanted to play the demo, so yeah, it installed, so I try to enter and here is what happens, "Your trial version has ended, feel free to buy the game, blah blah blah blah..." WHAT?! Well I don't know if they just want me to buy the game or what, I am really furious right now, i have spended 30 minutes of my freaking life trying to install a game that didn't even let me go in and see the demo? I wanted to see how the game was, but this is just dumb.

Well, i don't know.
