Here are a few preview pics of my entry. They show some of the tweaking I did with the supports as well as two tunnels (of a total of three).
You can also see part of the triple (!) down and the general madness within the structure.

I estimate to be finished by Saturday.

Enjoy the pics:

as always, stunning, reccommend different colors though. To dark compared to other wooden coasters.
Plus, I feel the lighter colors are easier on the eyes.

Thats why it took so long for the supports. huh? Overall looks real cool. Looks like the tunnels are inspired from a recently constructed wooden coaster.

About the colors... it doesn't really matter. Not all coasters are made with southern yellow pine. There are a few, like The Comet at Great Escape, that are made with darker wood like oak.

I hope you beat some of the other entries submitted so far. I started over my coaster and began a new one that's a lot better, but from how it looks...i know one thing is for sure...that we have exactly of VERY simalar colors! it also seems like you put your better airtime drops into the mid section, and crammed them as close to gether as possible, which is what I'm doing. hopefully you're not making your turn areas as crazy as possible, cause then it would seem like we have the same idea!
however, i could be completely wrong, and you have a bunch of twists under your airtime drops and your turns at the end of the boundries aren't crazy. anyway, no matter what it is, it looks better than mine..and probably is! lol. see ya![dorkhat]

It's got a pretty standard layout really. Basic double-out&back.
It start with a small predrop into the giant Helix (similar to the one found on SOB). From there it dives intot he structure, goes over the first highspeed hill (Lift is 190ft tall, first real hill is only 65ft) and back down into a a curving tunnel right under the station. Into the next highspeed Hill, turnaround and into the MCBR. From there it jumps over 3 consecutive camelback, partly inside the tructure, turns around, goes down the triple down, a last hill and finally a Helix starting inside a tunnel under the station, briefly popping out and back into yet another tunnel and into the brakes.

I got 4 trains running smoothly with a double station. Capacity: 1450+rph

How do you determine the capacity in riders per hour?

Well, it's pretty easy. (3600 / dispatch interval) * riders per train

Or you could count how many times the train goes round the track in 1 hour and x by the amount of seats, this is the way such greats as Hyyyper would calculate it/

Cool, thanks for the formula. But on the dispatch interval, wouldnt it be the clocked time from when train one leaves station one to the time that train 2 leaves station 1? Maybe it is the same thing as dispatch interval, but I use my formula to calculate RPH.

For a good match measure the time it takes for 6 trains to leave the station.
Example from my coaster:
Time for 6 trains to leave station (starting the time with the first train): 292 seconds
Divide by 5: 58.4 seconds interval
As Tyler said, devide 3600 through the interval: 61.64 trains per hour
multiply with riders per train (in this case 24): 1,479.45 rph or roughly 1,450+

The door is still open, jpe. Make a coaster that has enough adrenaline to knock my socks off and you'll have a good chance.

Okay, i cant tell if my ride is too smooth or not because my comp is starting to struggle with it. And i forgot to read the rules properly and have only just noticed you have to have 3 trains running so i had to make some slight modifications to allow my ride to run 3 trains smoothly. It means the braking is very intense as i have lost a brake run and changed it to a station. [:D]
