For those of you that don't seemm to get it. Atari didn't public Beta Test RCT3. It took us months of hounding Atari & Frontier to get the to even consider this as an option. Now that we're getting to properly beta test and make sure RCT3 Soaked comes out as bug free as we possibly can you people are going to love it up so you can see a few pictures. Well love you! I'm spending 6-8 hours a day testing a game so it doesn't come out all love up like the original did and some puke is gonna post pics against the NDA and screw it all up.

If you like your games to come without bugs do as my fellow testers have said and take the screens down. Get in contact with David B on the atari forums or one of the other RCT3 moderators. They might be able to setup an exclusive batch of screens that are authorized for release but that puke of a beta tester is gonna make it so that Beta testing of RCT3 expansions or possible RCT4 will never happen again. Maybe you think getting sued is a joke, and maybe it is but I can guarantee if the pics stay up there won't be any beta testing next time around. So if you like your RCT3 expansions all love up let these dip shits keep posting poop against the NDA.

Atari does not want screenshots posted because they could feature things that may not appear in the final version of the game, if they're too buggy. Posting ANY screenshots not cleared by Atari legal is a violation of the NDA, and said screenshots must be removed at once. If both the poster and site owner fail to comply, Atari can legally shut this site down until the images are removed. I seriously suggest you consider this before coming back with comments like this in the future.

Also, since you talk so highly of legal actions, in todays world, death threats on the internet ARE real. Im guessing based on your poor spelling and vocabulary you arent any older than 15. Which would explain why you think you can say anything you want, you cant. Legally binding suits could be filed against YOU based on all of the things Ive seen you type.

I was realy diseapointet when I saw the screens. The ability to place statues under water isn't exactly what I realy wanted for the game. Hopefully it will make the game bether. And I don't see what everyone is so uppset about. The game is crap anyways, so why get so uppset?

Just wait until the Admins see this... they're gonna flip out. I'd take a wild guess that all of these "angry beta testers" have seen their last forum post. [;)]

My money says that everyone - even myself, trying to be nice about it - will be banned and the images won't go anywhere. cjd, I suggest you advise WWS that not removing the images will be putting him subject to this site being legally shut down by Atari, and to consider whether he really wants this. By posting these images, he has seriously compromised the possibility of future betatesting from Atari, and that is the one thing that pisses me off right now (understandably so!).

Yes like X said, it is only a game. Although i really hope Cyclone doesnt turn like one of you just said. He seems the only one that actually cares about it properly, and he is the only one that has posted a mature post tring to get WWS to delete the pics. Now no admins are on the site at the moment, so nothing can be done yet.

We're only here because someone is violating the NDA of the Beta Testers agreement. IMO this entire thread should be deleted. I'm sick of love posting beta pics. This is like the third time this week. Guess what they will come down if not through our efforts through Atari's and Frontiers.

As I said earlier these pics will be the end of beta if they aren't taken down. You won't get anymore beta pics because there won't be a beta, and then all you dumbasses supporting these tards will have a nice buggy POS of an expansion.

Like I said pictures go by by and so do we... all of us. We're working to make the game better this screen shot BS will make it so we can't. I don't see any conflicts of interest, take themm down so we can get back to testing rather than harassing this forum. We don't want to be here any more than you want us to be here.

We cant see to it!!!! Read the post you quoted too that i sent earlier, i said thre are no admins on at the moment, so they dont even know about all this. Nothing can be done until one comes on which may be a while yet. Please be patient rather than just making the situation worse!

And BTW to your last post, dont be here if you dont want to be here. You have made your point and an admin will see that. Just keep checking back to see if the screenshots have gone or not.
