RCT3 Soaked Screenshots!

I'm not so sure these pictures are from the beta. Lets just say I saw something that is indicative to me that these pictures are pre-beta and were probably given to the administrator with permission from Frontier/Atari.

All you flaming beta testers need to grow up and not jump to conclusions.

No they weren't Frontier shows all authorized screens to the Atari Forums before they go public.

Edit: Also this exchange with the original poster also suggests otherwise.

The only official pictures are the ones posted on the Atari site (and from there to many others). Anything else should not be released by anyone, end of story. When Soaked! comes out, do as you wish with any images you take, but until it does, the only pictures that SHOULD be in the public domain are those Atari posts.

Like I said pictures go by by and so do we... all of us. We're working to make the game better this screen shot BS will make it so we can't. I don't see any conflicts of interest, take themm down so we can get back to testing rather than harassing this forum. We don't want to be here any more than you want us to be here.

Actually, if I were Atari, I would be most upset with YOU guys spending time even messing with the situation than TESTING THE GAME like you said.

You really must not be too intelligent if you couldnt see that in your own post. Plus, Id also can all of you for the way youve acted (minus Cyclone).

You are supposed to be representing Atari, right? Yea, go back to testing and leave this to someone else whos got some sense on how to handle it. In fact, when the game does come out buggy, Ill lay the blame on you for taking time to even post here.

You havent offended anyone, dont worry! You are not listening to what we are saying are you. We cannot do anything about it. GFA has logged on to my knowledge, well i think i saw his name at the bottom, so him, CJD, and FN will probably be discussing it now, deciding what they should do.

EDIT: Sorry i posted this before Cyclones post was up so i did not see it. Please listen to Cyclone man, and it will be much easier to get it sorted!

Exactly Cyclone, glad someone has some maturity and actual intelligence to understand only one person needs to handle it. Sadly, I think the others have done more damage than harm. But your efforts are respected, even if the others arent.

Wow ... I cannot believe so much energy has gone into a site posting and not too mention the intelligence and grammar of the posters here. If you are truly a rep of Atari, call a lawyer and get an injunction. Postings of hate and threats of dismemberment on a message board somewhere on the internet will get you no results. If only you people (all the bashers, not the regular users here) would show some maturity you might have had a better chance at actually getting your point across successfully. All I see in this thread is a bunch of 12-15 year olds whining and complaining about how they won't get to be beta testers in the future.
Its a shame that Atari picked people like you who have not one ounce of maturity in your brains to test their products.
And just like Real said, death threats and the like are a serious matter online now. Last year someone was arrested after making threats towards some teachers at their school. So I would watch what you say from now on before you get a knock at your door from your local police department.

I assure you if you cooperate and remove the images and thread and post no more about the beta, any previously legigated actions will not be taken. If this continues you will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law applicible.

We would like not to seek legal action, and I believe am speaking apart of the whole RCT Community when we say enough is enough.

Any votes to close this thread and make the world a happy place again. So much anger and spite over as issue that none of us other than the Atari developers should be worried about. Let's let Weeweeslap deal with the problem like the adult he is and move on.

P.S. Being a former Blizzard beta tester, all of these "nice" threats to remove the pictures are hogwash. Only the developers can request removal and the Beta that leaked them will be dealt with by the developers. Beta's are just grunts that have an over eveluated sense of their position (I know because I was one). Just be happy playing the game early and report the bugs, let the Atari folks deal with this.

Due to the circumstances revolving right now. The images are being taken down for the time being. A few words. Some of you are claiming that I broke the NDA. I most certainly did not since for starters I am not a beta tester and I did not sign an NDA. About the name of the person, I can't give it out, I don't know who this person is. I just received a random IM on yahoo messenger saying, hey, you wws from wws.com, I said yeah, and their response was, want some rct 3 soaked pics and said sure. I got them and moved on. So I don't know who that user is to give them up.
Anyway the pics are removed till further notice.
