Well, maybe the mods should have considered that before they laughed at me for filing valid issues, and refusing to remove rates the quickly removed from anyone elses tracks.

Oh, and WWS, remove the tracks dammit. I will contact your ISP if this is not resolved within the next 72 hours.

Don't beat a dead horse, he is already gone. I really do not understand why a mod or admin won't fufill his wishes and delete his tracks, but I am guessing they have their reasons.

Well, I've already asked nicely both privatly and publically about 9 times. I'm tired of asking nicely. It has failed to work.

Bullshit. Look up "legally binding" sometime. Text on a webpage is NOT legally binding.

This rule applies to all tracks, images and people. No one is excluded from this rule. If you would not like this rule to apply to you, then ask one of the administrators to remove your track from the exchange.

They can't have it both ways. I win wether that section is considered legally valid. If it's not, then it's copyright infringment. If it is, then I have followed all steps as set out in the policy for removal, so again, it's their problem, not mine, and the files should be removed.

I believe the replies herein would constitute some banning and at the very least point deductions ... going by your rules of course.

Read the site rules... once you post a coaster on the site, you no longer have rights to it. It's up to WeeWeeSlap whether or not to delete the tracks.

This topic is closed to prevent anymore arguments and stuff.
The admin can deal with this how they want.
