Ill make the lift as slow as I want too depending upon the effect I want.

Dont you know you can just press the + or - key to speed up the simulation 200 or 400%?

About to start working on it...I must warn you guys, Ive been watching alot of Boss footage, so we may see some inspiration from that. I also think I may be one of the first people to accuratly get the "wooden" prebank feel down. Not sure how, but Boss has alot of that and I think I know how to do it. Should be pretty cool if I can pull it off.

Oh, and yea, dont be suprised to see a large turn around or 2 :P

Not fan turns, turn arounds. I dont think a fan turn would work on this style ride. An old Traver? Yes. A new, large CCI? No.

Gotcha ... I merely presumed your "Traver influence" would come falling out at some point. ;-)

And I rebuke my statement about the fan turn...something similar found its way in :P

Its a trap door :P

Of course, all terrain is preliminary and used for effect. The same tunnels should be present, but terrain may differ. Use as prescribed, results may differ.

12 moments of airtime, all of them over -0.2 and ranging per seat. And Im only to the MCB with 18mph and a whole lot of space to work with. So far there are THREE "The Drops" containing substantial airtime from back seat, and even floater in the front.

This ride will feature about as much tunneling as Hades, just not all in one large tunnel. Its going to feature a ridiculous amount of airtime, positive G's and laterals. I really, REALLY think this would push real life limits in todays world. One tester has already claimed it borders too intense...so wood fanatics, be looking for this.

DISCLAIMER!!
This is now a long term project. Its turning out so well I am going to put alot of care into it. It will receive 3ds treatment, but not extensive. However, I think it will feature another wooden coaster first (like Outlaw had with steel supports and wooden catwalks) and thats underground tunnels, complete with the supports and footers in the tunnels.

The speed of the turn on the right is very fast. Speed on second one is very fast. Then, theres another fanturn under the large one, taken very fast. :P I may change that, but for now it stays.

EDIT-

Complete picture update! (all old ones deleted)

Ive removed the terrain in hopes of creating some better terrain later. For now, Im going to focus on making sure this ride keeps its butt movin like it is.

Check the NLDC info for a more complete description.

Looks great. Can't wait for the steel supports. How are you integrating The Boss into this? Steep drops or what?

What ever happened to Hydra?

Thinking on a theme?

The first drop, aside from it not being straight, it steep like Boss. Also it contains a very small airtime hill after the drop but between the second hill, just like Boss.

It will also feature a large turn around or two.

Read the Hydra thread to learn about Hydra, dont ask here.
Theme? May not be themed. Wooden coasters usually arent themed, even Hades has very light themeing.

But real, i think you should theme it, then it will be more original, as not many woodies are themed much!!!!!
