My favorite is http://www.photobucket.com/

I highly recommend not using NLDC. It converts nice clear pictures into ugly, more blurry, less colorful, shitty quality images.

Currently the two best ones on the net are www.imageshack.us and www.photobucket.com

If you have huge 1000kb images that you want to upload to the internet, I would highly recommend using imageshack because photobucket has a size limit of about 250kb. You can also upload as many pictures as you want on imageshack, while photobucket has a limit per account.
The one thing I like about photobucket more, is the ability to create photo albums. Imageshack has a similar feature, but no where near as useful.

^ What he said ... NLDC serves a purpose or two, but image hosting is not one of them. ;-)
