Need RCT2 Files

I tried to re-install RCT2 onto my comp today, but after the install, the computer deletes the entire contents of the Data folder. Can somebody please e-mail me the contents of this folder It is okay if it is in zip form, as they are rather large when put together.

Why does it delete it? Did you try installing again?

I tried about 7 times. There is an error installing and it closes out of the installer and deletes the folder.

Oh and I made that title a while back, let's just say I was a little immature back then. I'm not going to use this forum after this, so there's no point in changing it.

While you're online, is it possible for you to e-mail me the Data folder? Please?

maybe your rct2 cd is broken so it creates that error. Maybe you can find the files on the cd... But i'm not sure. Also doesn't a virusscanner or a spybot killer remove those files? Try to disable temporary those things. Then try to install again and then enable them again. Could be something that should work...

Well the problem is that the install stops once the "broken" file is reached. I'll try to find the files on the CD, but I don't know how to go about that.

Okay I figured out where the missing data is on the CD, now all I need is the .exe file and anything else not sorted into the folders (readme, etc.) if somebody would be so kind to e-mail those files to poohblah13@yahoo.com. I cannot find them on the CD.

EDIT: I found the missing files on the internet. I hope they work!

DOUBLE EDIT: I downloaded a no cd patch off of Game Copy World and RCT2 is running! I will test all the features to make sure it has no glitches though.
