Yesterday was a very nice day for at park! It was a little cloudy, but still a very nice day. I got there some where around 10 and went to go get my pass for knotts. Soon after I went inside WeeWeeSlap showed up, and waited as I got my picture taken. Which took a little to long, imo, I stood there for at least a minute before she took it. So then I got my pass and we got into the park.

The first ride we headed for was ghost rider. And because its the closest ride to the park, everybody floods towards that thing first.
So then we decided to go on Silver Bullet, which has a faster loading time then Ghost Rider. So we waited in line for about, um, maybe half an hour give or take? a little before we got on. We decided to get the first row, because it was just gonna feel the same anywhere else, and we wanted the view. So we went on that thing, and we had a good time! After we got off, WWS decided that he wanted to get an on-ride photo, so he did, and then I took some photos of SB going through the loop, and stuff like that. And then... my memory card ran out of pictures, so I didn't get all of the pictures of Silver Bullet that I wanted! So we went over to Xcelerator because some time while we were in the line for SB, that ride opened up. So we chose the back train, because thats what we chose. And then we launched, and we flew over the top hat, and did 2 other tricks, and it was fun! The best intamin I've ever been on, out of the four that I've been on.[xx(]
So, after that we headed over to Riptide, which is a really fun ride. There's this one part where they flipp you a whole bunch of times, and according to the site, you get up to 4 g's, or something like that? And it was fun.[pshades]
After we got off of that ride, WeeWeeSlap had to run off to work, leaving me at Knotts Berry Farm all by myself. And I said to myself, "Self, lets pay $5 and go on the Screamin` Swing" So I did, and it was good. I'd like to see more of these things built. It gives you the same filling as what La Revolution gives you, except, it does it better.
Soon after, I went over to Ghost Rider and waited in line for about an hour before I got the back seat ride. I then went on it, and some time during my ride, the earthquake happened! So they had to close all the large rides down (i don't know about the smaller rides though) And everybody was running around and screaming! And so I just sat down for about a minute, and then I left and traveled all the way to Disney Land!
I've been to Disney Land about 3 times this week, so I'm gonna throw this part into the report, also!
I was able to go on most of the rides I wanted to go on over at DCA, and all except for one of the rides over at Disneyland.
I went on....
California Screaming, Muhulland Madness, The Aladdin Play, and that was it for DCA, I wanted to go on Tower of Terror, but no one else wanted to, and I was depress.[V]
At disney land, I went on Matterhorn, Indiana Jones, Haunted Mansion, and the Buzz Light Year ride! All which were really fun. But the best part wasn't the rides, it was the fireworks! I mean, they really out did themselves this year, and everytime it feels like its only getting better. If you live any where near Disneyland, you really got to go see the fireworks display. Either that or go to Disney World, because it will either be the same, or better. So do it.

Now, let me rate the rides! Here's how the scoring system goes.
It will be in asterics that symbolize stars, and there will be 5 stars.
0 stars means don't even consider going on it
1 star means that it sucked
2 stars means it meh
3 stars means that its good
4 stars means that its great
5 stars means that you got to travel all the way down here just to ride it!
We'll start with KBF

Silver Bullet - ****
Very fun ride, if your at Knott's you should ride it. Its not as intense as Batman the Ride, nor does it give you that feeling that keeps on you after you leave the ride, but its still a fun ride. My favorite part was probably the 0 G roll and the helix. The 0 G roll gave me that 0 gravity sensation, just like it shoud, but we then flew into the wing overs, then into the helix, and let me tell you, I think its more powerfull than Goliath's over at SFMM. It's only like 3 g's, but since it happens for an extended amount of time, it feels powerful, my ears popped on that thing, it was awsome.
Pros: awsome helix and 0 gravity roll works better than the one on B:TR
Con's: No noise to add to the sensation, and if you ride it a lot, parts will probably get boring.

Xcelerator - *****
Extremely fun ride. The launch is great, but I liked it better when they don't count down for you, because most people can't even see the Christmas tree unless you look for it (or at least that's my experience on it) and some times I like the surprise in the launch. Rocket coaster launches are simply brilliant, and all the breaking down and stuff is made up through it. Then the top hat is the icing on the cake, you get so much air time on that thing! It's great! and then you fly back down, as you stair at the traffic, then you fly into 2 over banked turns, and then fly into the breaks, which stop you kind of hard, but only add to the fun.
Pros: Every second of the ride is loads of fun, not a dull moment, but that could be because your hyped up from the launch.
Cons: Slow loads make for a boring que line. At least we get to watch Badnitrus's 3D animation of Xcelerator, if you call that a plus.[dunno]

Riptide - **** 1/2
Possibly one of the best flat rides out there.
The flipping over is awsome, and the water effects are very cool as well. If your near Knott's, you should visit to ride that, and some of its other "World Class" rides.
Pros - the 4 g constant flipping is awsome.
Cons - could be the cousin of clamydia, or some other STD (the preventer of life)

Screaming Swings - *** 1/2
Good flat ride, fun, better than La Revolution, but it gets the same feelings, only better.
Pros - does what La Revolution does 10x better
Cons - they staple you with its unique restraint system, and it costs you $5.[xx(]

Ghost Rider - *****
I had one of the best rides on that thing in the back seat. It was my first time riding in the backseat, because normally I just want to get on the ride, but yesterday, I felt like having the best ride you could possibly get on it. And you get way more air time in the back seat than in the front. And its worth waiting to get the back seat. The only problems is it jack hammers while your floating in the air, and so you back is getting like shocks sending through your body, but its still all cool[pshades]
Pros: loaded with air time
cons: capable of running 3 trains, but I guess they don't ever feel like getting the people out of the station as fast as they can, so they usually only run 2.
P.S Ghost Rider uses friction wheels even though they don't need them, they're there to help get the ride out of the station faster, and so why do you people complain when somebody uses friction wheels on thier ride?

Disney Land Resort

California Screaming
****1/2
One of the best rides in the park, second only to Tower of Terror. It has air time, and some nice g's, and a launch, and a lift, some times on ride music, so basically everything you could ask for.
pros: a perfect ride, it would have been a 5 if they maybe had one more air hill in the back to back air hill section. Loads extremely fast, (real says its because they have so many trains, well yes, but thats one of the ways they make the dual loading station work so darn well)
cons: absolutely nothing.

Muhullond Madness
***
fun little kiddy ride.
pros: some nice lats, and a fun ride to ride with your friends, and stuff.
Cons: loads slow, I'd reccommend a fast pass.

Aladdin Show
****
cool show. The person who plays the genie is hilarious, yeah, but thats the only reason why I'd think you need to show if you ever go to DCA.
Pros: Genie is hillarious, some cool live effects
cons: occasionally you'll get annoying people ahead of you, and you'd like to beat them on the head with a bat.

Matterhorn:
***
Fun ride, a must if you go to the park.
pros: some nice lats, fun to ride with your friends.
con: loads slow.

Indiana Jones: ****
One of the best rides in the park, a must ride. The special effects are amazing, and only a park like disney could have concieved such an idea, and had the money to keep it running in top condition.
Pros: its a fun, and artisticly built ride. Exciting.
Cons: damn fast passes make you wait at the begging for about 30 minutes, once your past that, your fine, I'd reccommend a fast past for this ride.

Buzz Light Year: ****
Fun ride, you fly through the building and you shoot stuff. The upside down triangles give you the most points, and are doubled when you hit it when its flashing.
Pros: fun to ride, and shoot, the que is amazing.
Cons: you usually end up fighting over who controls the car.

The Fire Works show: ******************
Simply beautiful! My favorite part is the Haunted Mansion segment of it.
Pros: its an orgy of beautiful explosions sinced to music and sounds that have become icons within the park.
Cons: depending on where you stand at you might have a bad view. So far my favorite spot is the Train Station, I haven't tried near the castle, yet. So if some one has tell us!

- this concludes my really long review of the 2 parks, stay tuned for pictures from knotts!

Yes, your eyes aren't deceiving you, I've managed to replicate a photo that resembles one on ACN. The difference? It lies in a cloudy background... which makes this picture 100x more beautiful.

Because the earthquake happened before I got around to taking pictures of ghost rider [:P] it sucked. But, do not to worry, I will get there soon, once it stops being so cloudy, and i'll get loads of Ghost rider pictures, some more of Silver bullet, and some of the other rides.
