Track Tennis: "Too Many Cooks"

Welcome to the WWS/CC track tennis project!

If you don't have a clue what I am talking about or would like a refresher of the rules, click here.

Are you wondering how this works? Here is a simple explanation. The match referee (being myself) will post a seed file containing the starting point of the track. Users will then have the opportunity to take a turn to add a section of track onto the previously built section. When taking a turn you must notify everyone by posting 'WIP' or 'work in progress' in this thread. You will then have 3 days to complete your element and to submit it. For more rules, see below.

This track tennis project's objective will be to build a B&M Mega coaster. That being said, there are a few building limitations which are located below in the notes.

Notes:
- G limits - no more than 5.0 positive g's, -1.5 negative g's, 1.5 lateral g's
- If you don't feel comfortable building track, remember that you can always do supports, makes 3ds objects or do some terraforming!
- When building trackwork, remember that we don't want to run out of steam before we?????????re back by the station. Always keep an eye on our speed and direction so we don't get stranded in the middle of nowhere.
- It is suggested to build things in a logical order. (Trackwork, then terrain, then supports, then 3DS) However, you do not HAVE TO build in this order. You are free to do what you would like. Just keep in mind that once custom supports have been placed terrain cannot be modified in that spot.
- If you have a question, feel free to ask in this thread
- Thanks to RiscIt for providing the track tennis page!
- Thanks to Iron Man for being our play-by-play screenshot maker!

Rules:
- YOU MUST READ EVERYTHING ON THIS PAGE; http://nldc.interfix.net/pageid-2.html
- 3 days to complete (and upload) your section of track
- No reserving turns
- Anyone can participate, regardless of skill level
- Upload track here; http://nldc.interfix.net/tennis-5.html

And with that said, lets begin!

Track is ready for the next participant!

For the person who takes the first turn, the lift is at a 35 degree angle. If you don't use elementary or the purg to make your track, I can send you the straight section as an element to help make the lift hill taller easier, if you want it.

How To Play

A Game Referee will post a seed track file. It may have a basic beginning (a station and lift, for example), or it may be empty. The first player will post a notice that says "work in progress" or similar. No one else may work on the track at this time. The player then has 3 days to add one (1) element to the track file.

After the users submits the track, I will approve it and then post 'track is ready for next user blah blah blah.....'
Once I approve the next person can take the track and build onto it.

Yeah, once I announce the track is ready for the next turn, as long as no one else has said WIP you can take the track by posting WIP.

No, Iron Man said 'WIP' and is taking the current turn. Once he uploads the track and I approve, then you can take your turn.

But if someone else posts WIP before you, then you will have to wait another turn as there is no reserving turns.

You have to wait until after I have uploaded my section of the track. THEN you can say "WIP" or something to that extent and aslong as you are first, it is your turn. Everybody is playing the waiting game right now...

quick question... can I change the settings on the lift aswell? Since it's my part of track I'm really not sure if that qualifies as two turns...

Edit: Main reason I'm asking is because in order to do what I want, I need to split up the straight section on the lift. I'm kinda doubting I can do that but I hope I can...

nope, sorry dude. You've got to wait until the match ref declares that the track is ready for the next participant. THEN you can take it.

Edit: For the next person going, the last segment is a straight peice of 25 degrees.
