these pictures don't prove anything, and to be honest, that looks nothing like a boat, it just looks like an oddly shaped part of the mountain.

...you have got to be kidding me. Seriously, there is no point for even a debate here. This is the dumbest thing i've seen in a long time. Are people that far stretched to prove there religion is based on truth, that they will make believe a shape in the ground is a boat? I'm sorry, but whoever thought that is a complete and utter moron, full stop!

False, it's just a ridge line or a simple rock formation like the face on Mars, nothing else.

sorry but this is just one of those storys reporters tell you when there is no news about.

Not too mention, it is a story that is about 15 years old.

One minor problem... the ark was made of wood. Wood decays. Even if the ark did exist, there is no way that the entire thing would still be intact. Wood does not last for 6000 years.

Euch, i hate rediculous speculation. This is just one of those things where people look for links just because.

Although there is nothing wrong with trying to prove religeon, edge-y.

^^Yes, it can. If its under enough pressure and becomes petrified. All wood needs to become part of the petrified process is water, mud and minerals. From there you just need pressure. Under the right conditions that can happen quicker than we anticipate.

But do I care? Not really. I dont need science to prove anything for me.

Yeah, I've heard about this thing, I don't believe at all though. There is no evidence proving anoything although I did hear that the location of the supposed "ark" is like by a bunch of monks or something and the monks won't let them look or do any work. That is why there are only overhead pics. If they do end up looking in that location they may possibly(although i highly doubt it)uncover some evidence but right now there's no way that is Noah's Ark.
