I am working on supports for a steel coaster and the editor won't let me place track nodes. Sometimes it will let me but I can never place them in the track section that I need to place them. Foundation nodes and sonnecting nodes are working fine. Even prefabs won't go on the track. Any ideas???

Make sure you select "add vertex" option if you are working with supports to switch the support "mode" to vertex "mode". Also you cannot add track vertices if the track is connected in a full circuit.

I think he means the kind of nodes supports use...
Be sure your placing then just over the track, doing this in front/side views can also help if its a sloped segment.

It's the track support nodes, and they will not go on in most cases/veiws.

Make sure that they are viewable and you don't have them turned off. Click the View menu in the editor and make sure the option 'free nodes' is selected.

You can also zoom in using the + botton to make sure you are placing them over the track
