Im pretty sure i can make this one.
Either by train or car the probabilty of getting there is pretty high, ill search around for directions and train routes.

Or if anyone can explain on the best way round staffordshire (anyone who knows the area) i could arrange to meet you outside the park somewhere gazag, i will speak nearer to the date.

If i do come, i'm a sutton lad, will i be able to sponge a lift, mr 'zag, sir?

corse you can have a lift Carlosio, you can with any of the trips.

ecg, the best way to get there is via train to birmingham, via train from birmingham to wolverhampton and meet me and gouldy out side the train station.

more people, more, more

Carlosio, you liv in Sutton Coldfield and you want a lift to Drayton Manor? You practically live inside Drayton Manor don't you? [lol] Surely there's a bus to DM from Sutton Coldfield, if there is a bus service from Wolverhampton to AT, heh. If there isn't, I guess you'll get picked up along the way [:D]

As for ECG, I bet that's the only ever time you'll want or need to come to Wolvo [lol]

Yeah Gouldy very tue.
I have been to Wolvo train station before coming through from the Cup Final at 'cardiff'.
I have to say its un-real. Theres hunks of steel cascaded with tramps and druggys and a few meters down the way theres a beautiful oasis.

As for this trip i cant make it. The date of the meet is exactly the day i get back from the 2 week half term school holidays.
How b*stard unlucky is that

I don't *need* one as such, it's more that you filthy peasants shouldn't expect me to ride on any form of public transport. Also, i object to that gross stereotype of us sutton folk, we also have bowls.

No, in seriousness, the bus takes nigh on forever to get there (it's a whole 30 mins drive by car away), and love that when i can get a lift. Am i right?

Lol at WWS, but no you don't. You have a bigger and better everything right where you are (pretty much)

Also, the 23rd of april is a sunday, and to quote gazag "Date:- monday 23rd April", i'm confused. what's going on?

To bad. Instead go to the SFMM one. Talk your parents into taking you. I'll have the schedule up soon once I find out my schedule for my Midwest trip this year hopefully later this weekend.[:)]
So you american's who might be able to get here can look forward to that. I'm trying to make this as much of a success as BP was for Gouldy and Gazag (that was a successful meet up for you guys, wasn't it?)
But look forward to late August so that way people are still out of school, but also its not at a peak time, either.[:)]

Carlosio, Gaz made a typo, it is for certain, sunday the 23rd that we're going, not monday [;)]

Is august not a peak time in America thecool326? I was gonna say it is here, but having said that, all the time is peak time nyah [lol] ... apart from October.

Yeah, sure thing, wasn't demeaning you at all, just confirming, because being told two days are the same date is confusing. Beautiful, i'll see what i can do.

Not that you would turn up anyway.
We had to ask EXTREMLY random people if that they "were a coaster enthusiast fom WWS".
Mildly embarassin and time wasting!

And there is still a possibility of getting to Drayton Manor but i arrive at Wolverhampton Train Station at 10.00 am.
I suppose thats too late (please say if not).

I will keep looking around for more suitable times for my benefit, and yours.
Il get back to you soon as poss gazag!

July and late June are the Peak times, August its still crowded, but late Augusts its not TOO bad seeing as how they should be running full capacity on the trains and stuff.[^]
