NL Trackpackager?

Hay,
when I wanted to download a rollercoaster that needs trackpackager to open, I'v decided to download trackpackager AGAIN. I'v downloaded it for about 10 times this year and it never works. When I want to open a track that works with trackpackager, the program says:
"run time error
file missing: zlib.dll" Waht can I do about it?

I got that. I had to install the track packager right into my nolimits folder and stuff so it worked.
