no, anything on this site is property of this site, and can only be leased by the creator, or the site itself![;)] says that some where on this site.

(joking of course) I resent that! Rogue Wave was not a peice of crap!

Hello
I am the webmaster site which you show to have stolen the circuits No Limits. I am French and I thus use a translator certain words can be deformed and I am sorry. Then I indeed received an e-mail yesterday of a member of Coastercrazy which said to me not to steal the Coastercrazy circuits. Following this message I answered him and I would like to discuss with you to speak about what occurs on the site. I will be honest with you. I have been member of Coastercrazy for several years and indeed for approximately 6 months I have realized that certain circuits of my site are also present on coastercrazy. I received by e-mail and by enclosure with the pseudo one of the author and an address e-mail of the author which now I suppose must be false the circuits No Limits. I thought that they was the original authors who sent the circuits to me but apparently not. Certain people are thus to amuse to take circuits of this site for me the envoyers and can be the envoyers with other sites. Always it is that I did not take the circuits on Coastercrazy and coastersims (bus of the remainder I do not have an account on coastersims) and that they are people who sent it to me. By hoping that you will include/understand my message, I remain on this forum at your disposal.

LOL cool ... me too! [lol]

Real -- you are killing me brother.

Crash -- thanks for your honesty in posting here. I am certain there will be some chats between the staff's of these sites as I am staff at Coasterfuel.com and we have some tracks from members there gone as well (similar members here too). However, since you obviously know who has posted these circuits (tracks), I would suggest some IP banning take place to stop the influx of the thefts for the time being. It'll get worked out man ... no worries ... thanks for responding.

i respect you posting here in this. but i have doubts about your honesty. "moonsault scramble", you did not have permission to take it from him, i know him, he wouldnt allow you to do this. i HIGHLY doubt you ARE NOT a member of CS.com, there are alot of tracks up on your site that are exclusive CS, like thunderhead falls for instance. and phyter to my knoweldge doesnt let people take his coasters on someone elses site.

anyways, i have a question if you ever see this, and want to answer this.

Q. Why the hell would you want them on the web anyways?

Then following the response of Ragan, I am honesty and sincere with you. I know CoasterSims.com of name and I went there before downloading the updates of No Limits. Concerning the circuits which you say "single" one has to send them to me and I cannot download the circuits because I do not know why but it is completely impossible for me to register me, I have an error message each time. On the other hand what I can do to help me and help you to find the people who do that it is that as soon as I receive circuits No Limits which would seem to come from Coastercrazy, I write to you a message with the address e-mail that the person gives me and his IP because I can have them when one me sending of the circuits. Believe me I am as you fan of coasters and parks and I do not want that there are conflicts between the Web sites because it is a pity really. Here, I await your reactions...

Afflicted because the translator does not walk very well. For the answer to the question that you pose to me, I never wanted them on my Web site bus at the base I did not know that that came from on your premise. I opened the heading remote loadings there is a little close 1 year and since 1 year I realize that people sent stolen circuits to me. I am discouraged a little and I really hope to find the people who made me this blow. Now and as I indicated higher, at the time when I received the circuits by e-mails I did not know that they came from this site, I thought that it was the author himself which sent it to me. Could you say to me if I answered your question?

crash, from your posts i assume it's YOUR site with OUR tracks, the best thing to do for you know is to shut the site down, and only put up the coasters from member of cs and wws who have given you permission the upload them, not posting lame excuses in this tread...

Im not sure if that answered his question but if you PM me it in french i will try translate for you. It will give me some practice before i have to finish my coursework so would help in a way. Im not too good at french as ive only been learning it at school a few years but i could probably still interpret what you are saying to a crtain extent and summarise it easier. Although it would be a slow process.

Then what I can do it is the following thing: I must close the heading to entirely remake the design and the system of remote loadings and upload. This closing will be from the 01 to August 31, 2005. As of reopening I would benefit from it to do what you said to me i.e. trirer the circuits which belong to wws and Cs. Here.

Uh-oh .... that's never a good sign.

Crash -- just delete the tracks ... that ought to clean up the issues and move on, eh? If you need, we can provide a list of which ones were stolen -- even though the proper name of the designer is listed in the exchange, THAT particular designer is not the one that posted the track, therefore, here in the coaster community it is considered stolen. Make sense?

Web site bus? Crazy translators.

I still don't get why you had to take those tracks or even ask for them (kinda confused here). I'm not really part of this as none of my crapy tracks are up there. Why don't you let people volunteer their tracks by just letting them upload it on your site from the actual creator?

[confused]

Message for pcwfreak: In fact that functions like that: A visitor me send by the form of upload the circuit accompanied by its address e-mail and a comment. Me I receive the whole and I test the circuit. Then I put it on the site accompanied by an image and I references at the address e-mail a word by thanks. Thus I do not have any solution to check if the circuit sent is a circuit which at summer taken on another site. On the other hand I had several times of the return of e-mail saying to me that the address was invalid. By hoping that you will include/understand my explanation and that the translator does not deform too the words.
On the other hand there I must go away and I return in weekend.
If you have questions or councils, I leave you my address e-mail: coastertrain@online.fr .
Here, I remain at your disposal on this address.
So long

I agree, I think you're guilty and you know it :/

note to all track stealers/people who are thinking about it-DON'T DO IT! we'll freaking catch you every time, and see through the lies. If you're stupid enough to steal, we'll be smart enough to catch you [V]
