Yeah, I wish that Silver Bullet wasn't filled with san, but the reason why I think it is, is because its up so close to the front of the park, and its right next to a show, so that would not all go well for it.

KBF doesnt have a set sound restriction per-say but I remember Ghostie getting its tunnel on the drop because its pointed right at a hotel that claimed the screams from the drop annoyed their guests (right).

I would say with Knotts being so close to neighborhoods, they would have stricter noise limits than most other parks.

I so no sand. I mean...theres no better feeling then being in the Parking Lot(or anywhere) at Geauga Lake and hearing Dominator speeding down its tracks

What i think would be the ultimate for a B&M would be to have sand in only a few track segments! so.. let me use nemesis as an example. Right befor the Vertical loop. fill the track with sand, and as the track gets closer to the loop decreese the sand, so it goes from silent to the roar as it comes out of a trench! i think it would be prety awesome, but would only work on a coaster such as nemesis becuase you wouldn't want to here the train if you couldn't see it. so it would kinda sneek up on you

It's kinda that way on dragon khan, in the queue, you can see really nice the cobra roll. When you look at it, zero g roll before, it's all a little covered up by some bushes so you don't hear everything, and then suddenly you really get a ROAR!!! when it's flies into the cobra. Really awesome sound. Just can't get enough of it :P
