Are we allowed to delete the rings that we don't go through in our layout?

Only the layout I'm on right now, kinda depends on it [lol]. I think you should be able to because the 2 that I haven't used in this layout are just sitting in the way and my track collides with one of the rings that I didn't go through.

The rules clearly say that "The rings cannot be modified, moved, or deleted".

Stupid but important question (for me) How do I access NL track editor if the template is an NLpack?

You have to go to www.gravimetricstudios.com and download the NL track packager. Then, you can extract the track and the 3d rings.

I already have the Track Packager. I just need to know how to extract the files.

are you sure you have the latest? Or else click a few times ok, and then it automatically unpacks the files. Then go to the NL tracks folder and open the track.

Well, I know I suck, but the least I can do is try so if it's okay, I'm in too.

Yes, it matters. The rings cannot be deleted because you not only have to go through them, but you also have to dodge them.

i am out of NoLimits for an undetermined amount of time (virus problems), so can you tell me how high the rings are? like near the ground, or up in the sky at random heights?

all random hights, ragan. Why don't you just install NoLimits then on the other pc too with trackpacker so you can build on the other pc...

EDIT:
progress on my ride:
- rings are now colored
- temporary supports added

There is no way you could of created a 100 mph track that pulls only 4 g's if it has an acceptable and liveable launch.

Six flags Fiestas launch must go upwards i think. One of my tracks did that. I have just about finished the layout for my ride now. I really like it. It isnt a woody though.
