Anyways, I'll tell you how to do it before you come back here asking about it being thrown away and crap. Just select the object you want to use, then find an object in the park whose height you want the new object piece to match, then highlight your cursor over it, then press and hold ctrl on the keyboard and move the object around, it will be at the same height of the other object you choose to use. Then move it to the tile you want to place it at, then use shift if nescessary to adjust the height again. The object who's height yo uwant to match can be any object, or really anything in the scene, including but not limited to pathways, coasters, etc. It works whenever placing something (not during the middle of contstruction where you're adding pieces to a coaster/path) This feature works with RCT2, and RCT3 soaked. (won't work on RCT3 if you don't have soaked)
i know this problem, the guy wan't the theme KK in rct2,
but the scenery can be place high, the way i do it:
make every KK support tower section on the ground (i think there are nine of then), then build a small ride next to one of them, save the ride with scenery and select the section of the tower you want to place.
Then raise the land at such a heigt that the section will be at the right height, place the track, and also the scenery, delete the ride, and continue to the next section, when you're done, the tower is supported.
Also a hint: make the tower supports out of freefall towers and dingie slides
