I respond to every email I recieve regarding lost registration information. The most likely reasons you haven't heard back are because you sent it from an invalid email, have my email blocked (AOL users are bad about this), or you don't have access to the email address used to register the game. In other words, email me again making sure to say specifically what you need (in your case something like Lost Key will be fine). Just make sure it is from the address used to register the game.
