I need some opinions for upcoming B&M rides I do. Is it best to use the "B&M Dip" at the top of the lift, or to skip it?

I'm asking this because on my tracks with the dip, people say it's not tight enough, but if i do it tight, it doesnt look good at all.

You should probably use the dip, unless it's a hyper. If you can't get it quite right, then use pictures from rcdb or something.

It is a hyper. Note that Chariot and Raging bull use the dip too.

yeah, but note that (even though its not even a hyper)
Hydra, doesn't have the Dip. Be sure to make it not so large, that is a common mistake a lot of people make, its a small steep dip, no bigger than 5 feet.

Just don't make it too steep if you decide to include it. Only the railings seem to be ultra steep, and the actual track is just a little steep.

I believe Hydra doesnt use the dip because of the already small height of the coaster, adding a dip w/ brake would just slow the ride down even more.

Georgia Scorcher has a pre-drop and its only a few feet higher. I dont think height has anything to do with it really. It could be park or B&M's preference.

Personally I think with Hydra recently floorless and speed tracks are a complete go. I cannot see the Inverts using no dip, they never ever have straight drops. Its up to you just remember:

No more than 5ft drop and no steeper than 25 degrees. That seems to be closest.

Nitro's type of coaster was already covered LOL stop sticking up for you'reself every time someone says something. It's one thing to stand up for yourself but arguing about everything gets old really fast. Anyway, good luck on the track cause good B&M styles are harder to make ;)
