Alright this time another trip to Six Flags this time Fiesta Texas. The only reason im posting this is because this was my home park for 5 years. First of all the park is a dump. The trashcans are all overflowing. Theres gum all over the paths and the rides more than any other park ive ever been too. But the good thing is that there is some quality rides and the park is never really crowded(every one else is at the waterpark.)SO here are the rides-I will give a link to a photo of each ride.

Boomerang_Coast To Coast: Just another typical boomerang. The line is usually longer during the beggining of the day because its located right at the park enterance. But as the day wears off so does the line. Like i said its just another boomerang like the thousands of other ones that take up space in all parks. Your pulled pack, released, through a cobra roll and a loop, and up a tower. Then you go back throught the track in reverse. Theres barely any coaster at this park so ride it as much as you want.

Poltergeist: Poltergeist is still my favorite ride in the park. It is a LIM launched coaster with the same layout and design as Jokers Jinx at Six Flags America(ill write about SFA l8r.)The launch is pretty good considering is older and was built before any of these huge launching coasters were ever built. The lines are usually short but sometimes you may have to wait outside of the station but not for long. After the launch you go directly into a tall cobra roll. Next is a half loop with a half corckscrew at the top(half of a cobraroll.)
For the rest of the ride you twist and turn to ground level and go through a corckscrew and up to the brake run. Its fun to ride consistently and especially give it a spin at night. With the lights its pretty cool.

Rattler: Tottaly custom.Tottaly awesome. The rattler is big fast and is one twisty ride. Its 2nd favorite woody ive been on second to Lightning racers at Hershey. The line on rattler is usually the longest in the park(even longer than Superman.)The ride starts with a huge drop at a pretty sharp angle. It used to be built straight down and drop down 60 feet lower. But people started getting hurt so they changed it. The rest of the ride is a twisty adventure up and down the quarry walls. The ride incluse a triple helix and a tunnel. Its a pretty long ride and a favorite ride to most people at the park.

Road Runners Xpress: Fun but short ride under rattler and ontop the quarry. Mostly designed for families but is a fun ride for any age. Every time i go to the park i always ride it because it has good turns and is considerly fast for a "kiddie" coaster. Definetly ride it a couple times because theres never a line.

Rollschuhcoaster: kiddie ride.short.boring.just skip it.the picture tells.

Superman_Krypton Coaster: Origianly the tallest longest and fastest floorles coaster. The line is usually 10-15 minutes and delivers thrills every time. The ride is floorless so it give a dangiling feeling even though your above the track. The ride delivers an awesome first drop, a loop, a helix ontop the quarry, a barrel roll, a cobra roll, and interlocking corkscrews in that order. Its a smooth, fast, B&M but a custom layout so make sure you ride this when you come to the park!

Hope you enjoyed it and more to come.

Having been my homepark for 9 years as well I can concur about your write-up -- ever since that water park opened the lines of course got shorter for rides -- but the care of the park really decreased. It is just like people stopped caring all of a sudden.

Sounds like to me what happened at SixFlags America since the new water park. I only waited like 5 min for SROS and it was a Friday

Thats sucks that the park is in bad shape like that. From the pictures I have seen it looks like it could be a really nice park with a good variety of coasters.

Good trip report!

Do Six Flags Astroworld, I like hearing about the Texas parks as not many people talk about them a whole lot anymore.

Sounds like you had a good time. I'll be looking for the Astroworld report later.
