does anyone know if there will be a NL update coming soon? has Ole mentioned anything. just wondering because it seems like it's been a while. i think a lot of people are anxious for what's coming next...

also, what would everyone like to see in the next update? i'm hoping for a flying or suspended coaster. [:p] oh and of course multiple tracks for racing, dueling or even a multi coaster park.

There is at least one more update planned. Not sure when it will be done, but It won't contain the unicoaster:( too bad, I know...

Some people also send an improvement list to ole and even got an answer. but There weren't any news containing infrmation about when it'll be done or what it'll contain.

There will be at least another update for the normal nolimits. I'm really sure about that fact.

If NL2 comes out, do we have to pay for that? I think so, that would be bad though..

I wouldn't mind paying, they have been working alot and now the software is being used by real coaster firms for demonstrations and online onrides.

There defintely will be another update, it's just a matter of when. Ole hasn't updated his site since mid June, that does'nt help but we will just have to wait.

I thought the next would be NL2 with the 4ds and crap, didn't know there would be another update for NL1 (if they do make one, they should fix up the catwalks, trees, stations, steel coaster footers, and sound fx) Kind of weird that there isn't going to be the unicoaster in NL2, but I don't really mind since I don't like it that much anyways. (I would prefer the 4d's, flyers, suspendeds, arrow hypers, etc) Also, they should really upgrade to DX9/openGL2 graphics for NL2, otherwise I'm probably going to SM2 when it comes out.

*Waits for Real to come and complain about my "nitpicking".* [:)]

4Ds and flyers would be awesome, but Id much rather see improved catwalks (no breaks between brake segments, and the option to have them on normal track, etc) and stations... The option to make your own tracks/cars would be the best...

The only problem I have with NL is its awful friction. It takes 3 cars in NL to match the speed of a 6 car PTC in real life. Thats pretty bad.

Yeah, thats definately needs fixing. Along with the hyper trains. With an 8 car train, you lose about .5 mph per second.

I think we'd have to pay for a second version like the rct series. I just hope it doesn't lose it's quality through different versions...
