If he is over thirteen, he should be fine, other wise, upload it under your name. But i am not certain Weeweeslap would have to anwser that.

yeah what cjd said, your son can register his account if he wants and upload, just don't rate each other's tracks for the reason that it'll be say biased since you are related. But go ahead and have him make his own account [:)]
