This might sound dumb but I'm thinking of working on a dueling coaster. But I don't know how to make like 2 seperate tracks. Can someone help me

You can't make seperate tracks. It will need to be a mobius coaster.

what is that oh and they need to make sure thats on the list for NL 2

It means that it is all one single track.

I would say this is hardly the place to comment on NL2.
