Here's my routine:

take the six-pack, rip one off, drink it, repeat 5 times.

Since you're 13, I'm obviously talking about cola or something for you.

;-)

Play a brass instrument at least 8 hours per day for about 3 months. That has always worked for me in the past. Well, that plus hundreds of (real) crunches.

umm..kinda hard to explaine using words but ill try my best.

set up like your doing regular situps(feet on ground etc.)
Lift one leg at a time
ex.- left leg up(keep right down)
then bring that ever leg you brought up, towards the oposite shoulder
ex-lef leg up, bring it towards right shoulder.
then alternate.

Leg lifts. Lie flat on the ground and lift you legs up about 1 inch off the ground, keeping your back and arms flat on the ground, and hold it for 30 seconds or so. As you get better, increase the time. This sounds really simple, but if you are doing it right you will feel your stomach muscles tightening. It is not as easy as it sounds and is very affective.

MF44 is right. or physical theraphy they had me do that and my stomach reduced and got stronger. They later made me lie on my stomach and lift legs back and it strenghtened y back quick. So that would work well for you.

just don't work out too much right now. wait until you've developed a bit more to start working out seriously. at 13, you can still stunt your growth.

I think you should first get liposuction on your stomach and then when the bruising and swelling goes down, you should get 6 implants. Then you will have the biggest, baddest 6 pack around. I know they make some kinds of implants for like pecs or something. I'm not sure if they make ab implants though. Perhaps you could go with some kind of modified silicone breast implants????
