Questionable Rate

I don't know if this pertains to what's considered a 'bad rate', but I asked him if he wanted to elaborate, however got nothing in reply. The user named 'jurrie' rated the ride and scored me lowest possible for Tech while only naming one flaw. I hate to complain about a rating for my own track but seeing as the rate is irrational and lacking in reasoning I don't see why it should be affecting the score. I've asked thatoneband to elaborate on his comment as well, because being scored with one/two liners frustrates me...
