Quick Cartexture Question

Hi there!
If anyone could aid me in the following two problems, much thanks would be in order.

1. Could someone please post a modifiable png. of the four seat wood coaster car (ptc, of course) and if not...

2. Is it allowable to use someone elses cartexture as a templete for your own if ou give them the credit? (Say I used another cartexture, modified, and gave all credit to the original creator. Clearer?)

2. You can use an other car tex as a guide aslong as you don't copy anything from it if you do you have to give credit

what do u mean a modifiable .png? cant you use the standard ones from the NL folder?

but i need a rocn'n roller coaster cartexture

^^ Actually, no, I can't use the Woody PTC because it's a tga, which my program (Paint. Sad, isn't it) won't accept. BTW, I tried the Car-Texture tutorial before making this thread, and I found it to be barely understandable. Thanks for the replies.

I find cartextures pretty easy, along with 3ds and custom OP pannels, its Track building that gets me
