Rainbow Color Track?????

Ive seen this on a few other coasters but I dont know how to do it............. If someone could tell me how to make the track a rainbow color scheme I would thank you dearly.

The construction kit has an option to color the track with a gradient or color wheel.

Where could I get the constuction kit? Is it free?
