RCT Freezing Issues

Hello guys,

I am trying over the phone to help my friend who recently got the RCT urge. She has the original RCT1 with CF and LL expansion packs and it installs and runs fine.

When she goes to save (and load even tho there are none to load) the computer freezes.

It's a fairly new DELL that runs XP...any suggestions on what the problem may be??
