RCT1 devs?

Does anyone know who the original rct devs or have a really good understanding of how it works? Im considering making like a RCT 1.5 or somthing, but need some help with object crap... Its Suprizingly differnt than rct2... theres no objdata folder...

BTW, if you want to know about that rct 1.5 thing... Im mainly making it because I want to restore the fun and addictiveness of the original rct, yet expand it. Some of the best hacks, tracks and parks ever made in the entire series are rct1, yet they have been forgotten with rct2 and espacilly rct3... So yeah, plus you'll get to see all my thousands of rct1 parks I've been keeping for so long...

I think it might just be in the data folder, you can find some hacks that let you view the objects there.

theres not enough files in there for all objects in the game tho...?

Maybe you have to do a full install for them to show up.

Im pretty sure I did, why would they hide them in express insall anyway? do you think they're coded in to rct.exe?

edit: Does anyone know what that CSG file is?? Im pretty sure all the CSS ones are sounds, but ive never looked at the CSG on before... its quite large too... -tries to decode it into somthing understandable- well Araneae only showed a square, and notepad froze up (not |337 enough to handle teh 40mb files...x.x?) -sigh- its not a rar or zip with the ext changed also...

-Well, wordpad opened it, then froze, but im still not sure thats how its ment to be viewed... damn it was complex...

It's been a LONG time since I've done any RCT1 hacking, but if I remember correctly, the CSG files do contain the graphics. Here's a good site for RCT1 tech info:

Btw...Im making a perfect recreation of rct1 in rct2... perfect, original rct1 graphics and everything...

Well it depends on where there is... I am registered with many sites, all as GRIM (if thats taken i use [GRIM] or the_GRIM_one) So yea, its prolly me... I haven't been on many sites/forums recently tho... I kinda got tired with like everything lol... but isa slowly returning... Which THERE are you talking about?...

Anyway, does anyone know where the graphics inspector looks for the csg file? It says it can not find it...
Plus... I need Loopy Landscapes somehow... Ive lost it since i figured out it doesnt work with XP right, so now i use Deluxe but many hacks / trainers dont work with it, plus Drexler doesnt work with it...
