RCT2 Trainer Info

Does anyone know of a trainer that would enable all rides in a saved game? Dragon Trainer, created for RCT1, does allow for this feature, but I haven't seen one for RCT2.

The closest that I've come to finding this type of trainer is one that enables only in the scenario editor.
