I just tried my friends ripstick today. Those things are pretty sweet!!! Does anybody have one that they got for a really cheap price? Im really thinking of getting one.

I think they're pretty lame. Why not just use a skateboard?

Yeah, get a Skateboard, nothing beats the the four wheeled friends. Skateboards are good but only if you good on them, what the point in a ripstick, they look like a n00bs skateboard. Buy a sweet skateboard setup and learn some tricks and show your friend the shiz!

Neither can a ripstick lol, a car can!! but a car isnt really a sport except racing and racing is illegal unless its an orginised event lol

I have one, I dunno why everybody's getting all "it;s pointless get a skateboard". They're really fun to use actually, and totally different from a board. And yeah, it CAN go uphill![^]

i skateboard and i think ripsticks are tight, i dont care what it looks like, theyre really fun if you ask me
but i think the cheapest ive seen them is at wal mart for $80, its the old version but it still works really well, my friend has it

How the hell can it continuesly go up a hill, thats impossible, it hasnt got a motor so a human would have to power it then its the same as a skateboard. a skateboard can go up hill if you push it, a ripstick after taking a look on youtube just kinda wobbles uphill, seriusly lol i dont see much point, you wanna get one of these http://www.rollersnakes.co.uk/catalog/D ... -47816.htm
