peek a boo, where are you? I see you're not in the screen shots folder and I took like 10 of you so where are the screenshots! They're not in the screenshots folder so where do the screenshots save to when you take some in NL 1.6?

This probably won't work, but sometimes it works for me when opening objects that won't appear in the browser.

Go the Screenshots file from NL 1.6, and in the search tab, type in the name of the track you were taking screenshots of. If the dropdown file shows you the names of the screenshots, it just means the computer wasn't recognizing the filetype and hiding them from you so you couldn't open them. Sometimes it works. [:)]

Mine did the same thing, but after I changed both the sim and the editor to compatibility mode for XP and told them to run as an administrator (in the properties window and compatibility tab of a link to both .exes), it works. I think it has something to do with non-admin accounts not allowing programs to make new files or something. You won't get the old ones back but new shots should be in the same old folder.

Hope this helps.

navigate to the folder using windows explorer, when you get to thenscreenshots folder, there should be a button in the menu or right below it that says compatability

See if you can get Windows XP or 2000.
Problems should go away immediatly once you meet the system requirements for NL.

Noooo, I don't think the idea is for someone to go back in time OS wise, maybe NL should be modified to be up to present OS times. At least that's what all or most software companies do.

Vista likes hiding things in the program files folder so you have to hit that button to see them. Even if you are running as an administrator.

what about starting a hand-build career and making the screenshots with printscreen? [;)]
