SFMM may have a ton of extra land?

I was at the park yesterday and my little sister was exhausted. I remembered looking at a TPR update a few days ago and decided to go up in the big red tower (I forgot the name). Behind the park, there is a huge plot of land which appears to have nothing on it. Does anyone know if Six Flags owns it?

Well the first picture is being developed into housing or retail or something, that is in front of the park. The rest of the pics off behind the rapids are not owned by the park. There is like 5-10 miles of nothing behind the park. They are not landlocked by any means, but they don't really need to expand.

Ahh, well I was just curious because it could mean a lot. Can you even imagine what could fit back there - especially with that terrain.
