Remember John, if you have a piece of crap track that goes into the track smoother for example, you will get a smoother piece of crap track back. A tool like the Track Smoother (for example) really amplifies track imperfections so it has to start good to begin with. Elemntary allows you to make tracks that are mathmatically correct, although it does take a bit of practice to get used to it. The AHG also amplifies imperfections, so ... yeah, just keep that in mind when using them.
And oh yeah, NEVER use any tools on the only copy of your track -- make a copy of your track and them mess with the copy (and save if you like the outcome), in case you cannot correct the "Oooops!" you just made.
