I was wondering what every one thinks about scream machines? I was thinking about buying it, but i'm not sure if it is worth $25. Do you guys think I should buy it? I already have the demo, but I never complete a coaster because of the 1 hour time limit [B)]

SM and NL are both good. They both got their advantages and disadvantages. IMO, i like NL better, but everybody has their own opinion. I actually am thinking of buying it, but i have to wait until I get my Radeon 9600 pro.

okay, sorry to get off topic there for a sec, but there you go, SM and NL are both good and worth the money, so I think you should buy it if you like it.[:)]

I agree with yu cj, it does have more track styles, but they graphics arn't all that good, etheir is the coaster sound, the brakes and chain are fine though. I will probably buy it by the end of the month.

hmm graphics, setting details on high and using a custom skybox, I'd say the game looks pretty darn realistic, check out the screenshot of the following tracks and let me know if the graphics are ok:

I used most of Kev's rides because he tends to take some of the better open screenies out there. Anyway just goes to show that SM has some good graphics as well. I like both games.

I agree on the coaster sounds, they need a bit more work, though the B&M's have the true real life sounds as the brakes supposedly were recorded right next to them and the track sounds of B&M are live as well. Dunno the truth but that's what UI udnerstood from reading the SM forums.

It runs fine with every thing on high, I still think that nl gaphics are better, but they are still pretty realistic. I am going to buy for sure :)

I think the SM graphics look way better, sharper and more realistic than NL. I don't think there's nothing wrong with the coaster sounds. I think it sounds real good and scary. Overall, that's just me.
