2016 addition:
The park did share one little piece of information with us today in regards to their 2016 addition. We know for sure, according to Jeffrey Siebert and Cole Cook, that the new edition will have nothing to do with the waterpark. More hints by the park are coming soon!

Interesting... I don't think it would be a coaster but perhaps some sort of flat ride or something? Maybe they will get a Larson Super Loop haha (and I'm serious by the way)
It's been a long time

Well all of the parks have been getting a starflyer or a Larsen Loop lately (except SFGAM), so it wouldn't surprise me.

Saw this on the park's Twitter page. I have no clue what it means.

Are you ready for new 2016 thrills? How MUCH do you really know? What could this mean? #SFFT2016

Whoa there! I'm Gator McGee and I would like to apologize for misleading you into thinking that this might be a quality attraction. You see the concept art and the marketing materials tell the story of an attraction the park wanted to build but at the end of the day could not justify the capital expense. Rather then go through with the expense of research, development, design and installation of a new unique attraction it was far easier to go to Amazon and use the AMEX to buy Larson Rings at a discount. Hell, if you buy two or more you even get a discount.

The guests seem perfectly happy with the complete lack of shade throughout the park, air conditioners that hardly work, single train operations, late safety checks and openly abandoned ride equipment. This is a minor addition for the park who is still basking in the glory of it's last ride addition. Which constantly is down for technical issues and has the capacity, design characteristics, and colors of the short bus they put all those special kids on. /thread /sarcasm

The only winner out of this is Larson who's sales team has been on a winning streak for the last two years.

Found this picture on Screamscape of some teasing visible in the park. I don't know about the rest of you, but this doesn't sound like it's hinting at a Super Loop to me.

2016 - New Attraction - Rumor - (8/6/15) Six Flags Fiesta Texas is at it again... this time with a new teaser sign INSIDE the park... one that shows an advertisement for Thurman Bros. Coastal Redevelopment Co., along with a phone number to call. Call the number and it talks about a new "thrilling" development project on the way that will offer, "gorgeous panoramic views from all angles". My first instinct was to think that a Star Flyer or huge Drop Tower may be on the way... but SFFT already has both of those in the form of SkyScreamer (Funtime Star Flyer) and Scream (S&S Triple Tower). The park also has a wicked Slingshot and don't forget the Screamin' Eagle Zipline as well.
So what could it be? What if it could be one of those rumored Giant Zamperla Air Race rides we mentioned last week? You never know...

The Boarkwalk area of the park would fit into the the gist of that sign. It is an area of the park that is kinda off the beaten path and has had one attraction removed, and two abandoned in place.

It definitely is an area of the park that needs improvement, but there is nothing stopping them from isntalling a super look into the boardwalk area. In fact it would fit in quite well.

I'd be hoping for a Zamperla Air Race if it was my home park - they look pretty awesome!

My NL2 park (maybe in the future) would have Tempesto and a Zamperla's Air Race you're referring to! Tempesto is just like a twisted nose diver while "Air Race" is for horizontal spins!

:D

Hmm fire. Those Larson loopers are sometimes called Fireballs at carnivals.

Does anyone know Six Flags's chain-wide announcement date?
