With as many websites as there are covering every aspect of construction of new coasters, I'm not sure a webcam is as interesting as it used to be. Maybe at parks like Cedar Point where it's tough to get access during the off season. But at parks like SFMM or Knotts, anyone can run by the park and do quick updates.

^true, very much so. Guess you can only do so much when the park is on an island in the middle of Lake Erie

Are you guys serious? A Webcam of CP in the winter is an amazing thing to have. Even though it is closed, the live stream makes me feel like I am really there. Websites with pictures and videos don't cut it for me.

And SFMM does not have a webcam.

Yep, that's why I made the exception for CP. A webcam at SFMM would be redundant.

Nice drop pic. The little airtime hump looks insane!

Gotta love a cheeky airtime hill at the bottom of a drop!

Love how that airtime hill looks so small compared to the preceding drop! Looks like there'll already be a load of airtime on that hill alone.

on another note, it'll be kind of cool, and a nice throwback if they leave some of the original track that wont get in the way of the new ride, like the piece thats popping out in the newest picture
What are these for?

Lots happend since I was at SFMM.
The whole backstreet to Scream! is coverd in dirt, seems like the whole area is getting a redo, so props to SFMM for doing the WHOLE are. The blue wall in the pic is right next to Lex Luther Drop of Doom, so a good amount of land is being themed or redone.
TC looks really cool with the drops in place, the drop looks like it will pull lots of negitive G's in the back.

-Food was actually pretty good!
-The park was empty, it was a 10 min wait for full throttle, that's how empty!
-They were still running multiple trains, so thats good :)
-Apocalypse fixed its other train, so 2 trains! still kinda bumpy.
-Tatsu was only one train :(
-less leafs in the trees because of winter, really noticeable in the pic of Revolution and Tatsu.

240 FPS of coasters shot on the new iphone 6 plus.

Tatsu was running one train in a dual station. Good job Six Flags, Good job.

I wish every park was that empty when I went.

If the park was that empty I wouldn't want to pay to staff two stations either to be honest. One train on any ride is obnoxious regardless of how many people are in the park though.

Rougarou exists because Mantis would rarely pull in 10,000 riders a day on the busiest days of the season(and usually only because the other rides were down for wind), and that's a pretty pathetic number relative to the other rides. Did Colossus have lots of riders or did it barely have a line when it was running?

Colossus usually had a moderate line whenever I would go. But that whole area (Colossus and Scream) suffered because of it's location, especially with X2 and Tatsu dominating the opposite side of the park.

Btw, was at the park yesterday and Tatsu was back to two trains, one station.

Colossus always had a decent line, but it was running only one side.
The ride wasn't abandoned, but it wasn't popular either.
Two trains are a must for any crowd level.

Tatsu with one train was a 20-30 min wait, so kinda dumb to run one train.
Also remember high capacity rides may seem empty but they are able to get rid of people a lot faster.

That's as far as they've gotten on TC? did they like give up? WC is moving faster in subzero temps lol. Will it even get fully tracked on time?

They've also cut away A LOT more of Colossus structure. I mean, a lot! It may be called Colossus, but this will truly be a brand new ride.

Also consider the fact that SFMM has all year to finish it and really no major deadline, while SFNE was trying to get as much done as possible before temps like this set in.
