SixFlags Belgium becomes . . .

WALIBI BELGIUM

Today on a press conference the general manager of SixFlags Belgium anounced that the park will be renamed to Walibi Belgium next season. The park will concentrate itself on the family with some new characters like Spongebob, Suske and Wiske, Lucky Luke and also the Walibi. There will be a lot of refurbishment in the park and also some rides will be rebuilded.

An example of that is the old theatre where a 4D cinema will be build.

In the coming week there will be more news about the SixFlags Europe chain which has became StarParks. SixFlags Holland and WarnerBros movieworld germany will announce their new names and their improvements for next season.

well, if you go straith ahead to www.rcdb.com the info was there allready for a month... Six flags belgium is a great park but you better can't go when it's hot, cause waiting in queues is then terrible and in the tropical paradise swimming pool are queues longer then on rides in the park...[xx(] But i think that's because you can swim for free 1 hour... and every extra 15 min you have to pay...
But i always loved to go swimming from 6pm till 11pm for ?????????..,..-

Still the fact stays that it has been officially announced today . . . and not a month ago . . .

Also the new ride is not findable on the RCDB . . .

i've known of the name changes for a long time
