Why does the whole country come to a stand still when we get snow. I mean seriously, the news said we would receive up to 7 inches in teh midlands...we probaly just managed one. Plus it sucks to drive in the snow, I managed to scratch up one of my alloys where my car didnt decide to turn around a corner. However its awesome fun driving a forklift in ice and snow, you go no where on slick tyres
I agree with Edge over how us British cant seem to cope with these conditions.
I was thinking that perhaps school closures are just beacause the teachers want a day off...[8)]
The snow was pretty thick when I got up this morning - at least 5 inches. Perhaps I should have taken the day off and gone snowboarding?
I didn't get to take the day off [V] I'm a grownup now, so I have to go to work regardless of the snow [:(] I miss going to school! Got home from work with enough time to build and kill a snowman or two though [:)] heehee
i practically got the day off, cleaned down most of our equipment and all we got to do untill season opening is the test runs which we carnt do in the snow.
I filmed gouldy being scottish [:D]
heehee
I love snow! it's the coolerester
but I agree with Edge, it's not nice to drive in...I wanted to cwy!!! [:(]
We're supposed to be getting up to 6 inches tonight here in Southwestern Ontario. Which means a probable snow day. The bus company's cancel at the smallest flurry...but I'm not complaining!
