It is small because it is in the middle of the city surrounded by houses...

Yea, it's completely landlocked. Not very much room for expansion. However, they might as well continue to build rides on top of each other.

Their attendance is like second or third highest in the chain seasonally and first because they're year round...obviously they're doing something right. The surrounding land value is probably too high to be expanding out, especially when attendance is fine.

They could get rid of the Soak City if they need more room.

ya, I know there's other properties around them. Just dissapointed to realize there's very few coasters there.. And I thought Great America was small.

samll park like that can very easy become an awsome park, look at blackpool pleasure beach, thats very small but it looks like its been built in RCT because everything is ontop of another ride and it just makes the place so much more awsome. if they need room they will find it

Knott's is small, fun, has plenty of good rides, and in my opinion a perfect way for a family, or some thrill seeking teenagers to spend their day. It has everything you need in a theme park. A nice kiddie area, fun rides for the whole family, and big thrills. I would much rather spend a day at KBF then SFMM because while SFMM has more rides, Knott's imo overall has better rides and is a better deal for your money.
